Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies are in place:
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee (50% of the service total).
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future bookings.
Please note:
I understand that things can come up, but due to a high demand for appointments, I must enforce these policies to remain fair to all clients.
10- minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, a late fee may be added to your service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, depending on availability.
• If I am unable to complete your service due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
